"Thank you both Yeah wales was definitely needed and broke up my time eso as we did 3-9k steps a day so loads walking an then hot tub lol Yeah I feel good although anxious cos see dr in week and still feel leg is weak and swelling still a lot plus work bein a pain oestering when I’ll be back and I worry be rushed back before ready, that could be me bein silly thinking am not ready when am I dunno " Just make sure you do the exercises the Physio gives you. It’s soooo important. It really makes a difference | |||
