Having had the experience nearly two years of no more than two hours sleep per night or sit still for two minutes, the only good news is a good night kip.

The only good thing to come of it was my house was spotless and went down to 9 stone.

My house is now a tip and weigh 6 stone more and I don't care as long as I get my 8 hours.
