I’m seeing it more and more on profiles on here of younger guys and gals not putting safe sex In on there profile.

Are more and more younger swingers going bare?

We don't use condoms when there's just the two of us, I suspect that a large number of the pics you've seen are also from within relationships rather than NSA situations.
