Different things really, long walk with the dog out in the countryside, meet up with a friend for a coffee/chat lunch. Gym usually helps me but my local ones burnt down. So gonna look up some online classes to do temporarily. I agree with the music and dancing, always a good start if you don't want to leave home yet. Might help pick you up. | |||

"Lot of cyclists in here. Must be the new dogging I guess, lol. Anyway, seriously, when I'm in a low place, get up, put sock and underwear in dryer for 5 minutes. Shower, hot as I can stand it, shampoo conditioner and oil beard (even if only done the day before. The smell is cathartic to me). Get out of shower, put on warmed socks and undies - because... Well it's lush. Find food. If it all looks "shit" go out to find foods. Double sausage muffin with no egg and a hash brown is usually a good bet. Stay away from social media for a few hours. Carry on day as normal (or not). Retail therapy maybe added in too dependent on how bad. It doesn't always work. Sometimes I'm too low to do anything at all, but force my self onto "auto pilot", but worth a shot. Know it's probably too late but hope it helps in the future for OP or anybody else. " Thats the upside of feeling down for me. The loss of appetite. Shaving a few inches off my thighs. I'll be looking great in a few weeks haha. | |||
