I don't really have a favourite cake to eat but I love baking.

I've been given a load of apples this week so I'm going to make spiced apple cake - or two!

On Friday we're having a macmillan coffee morning at work and I'm going to make double choc and mint cupcakes with green mint frosting, the green is to fit in with the Macmillan colours but I'm worried they'll look awful lol
