I start with multiplying my weight to pounds, then I take that number times it with x20 calories which is for bulking, 180lbs x 20 = 3600kcal, which is what eat now, but for cutting you would times it with x14, so my cutting phase would be 2520kcal. I use mynetdiary to help me with the numbers, what app do you use? | |||
