Is anyone calling people that have their number broadcast on their profile??!!

To me it seems pretty reckless, is that just me? Am I missing something?

I've only ever seen it on male profiles, and usually not the successful ones. I'm guessing no.

But yes, it's incredibly reckless. Even if I could do it without having to ditch my phone number, there's just no way. Too many creeps on here (not in the sense of sexual deviants. I like deviants!)

The lack of data protection for people today makes me cringe - I'd not recommend putting a phone number on the net, where it's coupled with your intimate details. Data aggregation is a nightmare imo.

I had a guy send me a message yesterday and he had put his full post code as where he lived.

I replied that he was mad to do this as there are some nutters on Fab and he said "why do you think I am mad?"

Obviously didn't read on my profile that I was only interested in intelligent men.

I saw one on an attractive ladies profile once. Curiosity got the better of me so I saved it in my phone, went to WhatsApp and the profile pic attached was undeniably not a lady.

I tend to think they’re either chancers, fakes, catfish or people trying to get one over on a third party.

Best just leaving them well alone

I won't use whatssap due to the fact you have to give out your number, I only give my number to those I know I can trust.
