If the weather is ok I will walk to a nice canalside pub with my dogs. After a couple of beers I will head back for wine and a takeaway. I don’t watch much tv so it will be kick back music whilst I catch up with friends and family.

Spending precious time with the boy child. Not seen him for 2 months and last time he was here so was thw house guest and things were pretty uncomfortable.

Today, we can eat, drink, be merry and make as much noise and laughter without being in receipt of dirty looks or keeping the noise down because she has work in the morning.

Yaaaaay for mum and boy time.

I'm watching a movie although I have been paying such little attention that I have no idea what it's about or what has happened so far, I'm listening to the rain pounding on the windows and the waves pounding on the shore. I had a bottle of wine but there's not much left (not even a glass full) and I think I'll stumble into bed soon and sleep like a baby,,,,,the perfect Friday night IMO.
