Do you make yours or get your pudding from the shop which one you having .? List in the Good Housekeeping say Marks & spencer Luxury one 7.99 and waitrose Richly fruited with Remy Martin 10.99 two of the best .

I dont eat christmas pudding but when we where kids my grandma used to make lots and give them to everyone. We always had a sixpence in them(can anyone remember that)

as long as the brandy sauce is good, am not fussed what the pud underneath tastes like - it can be disguised !

Provided you store them in a dry place, the older the better, same for Christmas cake..

I bought 2 reduced Tesco finest Xmas puds for 50p each last year, ate one last month and having the other Xmas, absolutely delicious.
