We tend to get the 90%+ meat content ones from the local butchers. With the other ten percent being the herbs, apples, onions, chili and such

There's a company that goes round the local farmers markets called Giggly Pig who are very nice.

Making your own is a great way to have full knowledge of what you're getting in the banger!

I like a good beef sausage. Up here in sunny Scotland and many moons ago beef sausages were common, possibly even the most common. Sadly no longer the case and choice is a bit limited. - see: sad face.

Great sausages and good value for money too.

They are and only about 6 houses down the street too. Proper quality butchers!
