I was disappointed to see a thread wasn’t about what I hoped for.

*this thread is for Woman and Men. But not vegans.

Every man needs meat, I’ve got zero sausages in my fridge, and could do with a Lincolnshire right now.

Any other suggestions from fellow members what their favourite is? What can buy when I pass a shop today.

Feel free to message other people in the thread and offer them your sausage.

Lincolnshire just has the right balance between herbs and meet. The sage is gorgeous and my local butcher has the best obviously. But I am blessed to live near Bury. And the black pudding sausage is stuff of religious proportions. It’s flipping gorgeous on toast with Ketchup, and there’s a certain pub in the town center that has mastered it. And o good pint to go with it.

How do you eat yours?

I enjoy a nice Lincolnshire sausage.

Sometimes a Cumberland too.

If feeling daring I might go for a pork and apple.

Sorry, if we're bigging up the sausage then take a trip to our local butcher! What that man can do with his meat is mouth watering! Lamb kofta sausages are in my fridge, cooked and cold ready to slip between my waiting lips

Peach x

I don't like sausages. I have bacon in my fridge.

Yes. Have you ever made them with sausage casing? Intestines?

UMake meat balls all the time. A mix of pork and beef with cheese and herbs. Gorgeous.

We need a “Recepie swap meet meat club”

Oooh. The additions.

Right, I’m a chilli head, but I’m stuck to decide if chilli sausage is good idea.

Again, my butcher does a pork and black pudding which is nice and has a good bite to it.

And a pork and apple is always welcome on my plate.

Not only do I need to prepare for a sausage less supper. It looks like I have to wait till weekend until I get some meat in my mouth.

*how often do you get to say that?
