It's a numbers game. There are a few women who will respond positively to a message like that. Unfortunately, the reality if Fab is that for a lot of men it doesn't matter how much effort they put in they still don't get anywhere. If you're investing time and effort and not getting any return, why would you bother? Better to just spam one-line messages and hope you get lucky.

I did an experiment with a female friend on here. Each put up a ‘meet’ essentially worded as a “social and see what happens.”
