I always have something within the first hour of getting up, but I can't eat much that early so I tend to have a yoghurt and have a proper breakfast around 10. I have to try and eat something small every 2-3 hours, so it usually goes something like - yoghurt at 7ish, breakfast at 10ish while I'm out and about working, lunch around half 12, snack at 2-3ish, dinner at 5-7ish depending on how organised I am.

If I’m on a work day I have porridge, if not I go for either bacon butties or a full English.

The reason for the porridge is the way it releases energy slowly throughout the morning. I do a physical job and I’m not getting any younger, so breakfast is very important.

Technically, if you eat at all then you’re having breakfast as it simply refers to breaking the fast (and why the meal after a wedding is called breakfast)

But if I stop being pedantic for a second, no, not normally. I’d usually eat my first meal around midday
