"I always have something within the first hour of getting up, but I can't eat much that early so I tend to have a yoghurt and have a proper breakfast around 10. I have to try and eat something small every 2-3 hours, so it usually goes something like - yoghurt at 7ish, breakfast at 10ish while I'm out and about working, lunch around half 12, snack at 2-3ish, dinner at 5-7ish depending on how organised I am." Ive always been very skinny 9.5 stone, ive been hitting the gym and had a high calorie diet for 18 month and finally got to 12.5 stone low fat high muscle mass.
