Where do you get your bras ? I really struggle to find nice affordable brass and I'm a bit unsure about buying them on the internet.

Thank you ladies

Freya and pour moi do bigger sizes and they’re really nice. Quite expensive though so I usually wait for the sale and get loads.

I use M and S mostly, had some asda ones for everyday and they were good. I have heard Bravissimo is a good one, but never used them myself.

Thank you for the suggestion.

The problem is the price. Bras my size are £50. I envy B/C cup ladies that can buy bras for £5

Oh that is annoying they do not cater for larger cup sizes - I am a larger back size- 40/42 and I struggle with high street only going up to 38

somewhere in the Shire of Derby

I get mine from Simply Be as they're one of a few that stock my size of 54J. I can't get the really nice lacy styles anymore unless I go to select lingerie shops and pay over a £100 for a bra

£100 is extortionate price

I'm same size as you Jo and M and S, Asda and Sainsbury and Tesco all do decent bras in a 40/42. Have a look on line.

I’ll go up to £50 for a bra if they’re well made. Bought a nice M&S one in July but the straps aren’t up to it. I’m 40D. I don’t think my boobs are getting heavier than when I was younger, but I notice many bras simply don’t last any more, so I buy quality.

I keep going back to Fantasie. Another vote for Pour Moi, and Playful Promises have large sizes with sturdy straps in modern designs.

A house, a very big house in the country

Look at brastop.com

You can buy brands such as pourmoi, curvykate, panache. They generally have good sales on, sometimes free delivery with a code.

They do swimwear also.

I used to buy mine from Bravissimo but it was sooo expensive.

Amazon is another good place too.

Hope this helps

Ann Summers do lovely ones - I have a few daytime ones, paid £15-£20 for them.

Alternatively, Fig Leaves or Bravissimo

The supermarkets aren't really any good for bigger size bras. I work for sainsburys on the clothing section and our bra sizes aren't great. They generally come up a bit small and bigger sizes aren't available instore you have to order online. They only go up to a G cup. The bigger cup sizes don't come in the smaller back sizes either. For example a 34 back will be available in B-DD cup and a 40 back will be available in D-G cup.

I've got big boobs and used to always get my bras at bravissimo but discovered debenhams just after Christmas. They go up to a K cup and are a lot cheaper than bravissimo and they last longer. Full price bras are about £25 but I've had quite a few in the sale for less than £10 and they often have matching knickers too!

I've seen a lot of people recommend bra stop. They have all the big brands that come in large sizes but are much cheaper than the shops. They are usually last seasons design which is why they are cheap.

I've not shopped at bra stop before but I just had a look. Got myself a bargain bikini for an upcoming holiday - £10 for the top and £3 for the bottoms!
