Somewhere In The Ether…

So....earlier on I decided to go all Master Chef and attempt to create an entirely new taste sensation.

As it happens, sweet (shop bought) pancakes, spread with butter with a ham and cheese filling actually taste like shit however

Anyhoo, have you ‘invented’ any intriguing (and hopefully pleasant!) ingredient combinations that you’re willing to share, for the rest of us to try out?

The other week we were experimenting with our new pizza oven. I made dessert pizza with Nutella, marshmallows and white chocolate buttons.......it tasted amazing!

I didn't invent it but saw Nigeria do it and it works. Chocolate Pasta in a caramel sauce.

I marinade Chicken in mint, that's really nice. Not the norm and probably not my invention but again, it works.

I've never even tried a pot noodle but my daughter loves a chicken and mushroom pot noodle sandwich

The other daughter loves Oasis. I'm not sure which is worse

Somewhere In The Ether…

I might well try out some of these - some highly intriguing culinary combinations indeed

The Pot Noodle one I can vouch for from personal experience; Put it in buttered bread or a roll and watch the butter melt to make a delightfully gooey, dripping, appetite sating and possibly half way nutritious meal.

Here’s another one involving bread to; Mix peanut butter with salad cream in a sandwich; Bloody gorgeous!
