I’ve just watched The Summer Of 84 and have to say it was absolutely amazing! It’s got a similar feeling to that 80’s vibe portrayed by Stranger things, the Goonies but have to say it was the best movie I’ve watched in years

The Martian with Matt Damon.

Absolutely amazing as always from Ridley Scott!!

His mind is warped but also could be some truth in everything in this movie.

Christopher Robin is definitely one of the best films I’ve seen in a dogs age, admittedly Winnie the Pooh is a children’s story however it’s mainly about the struggles of life when you get older and how family is important. It’s really captivating and 100% worth a watch if you haven’t already

Somewhere In The Ether…

The last film I watched was, Final Score starring Dave Bautista which details how a group of Russian Terrorists seize a football stadium during a West Ham game (I swear I’m not making this shit up!) and big Dave has to save the day.

Um.....yes, not exactly brilliant nor particularly thought provoking but it was sort of fun in a decidedly daft manner and Ray Stevenson is always good value for money

Thank god for Netflix- I enjoyed that as well which is surprising because the third book is fucking terrible, didn't laugh once and loved the other 2. Glad the film in no way follows the plot of that.

I took a date to watch Adrift, ostensibly a romantic film about a couple enduring their boat getting broken in the mid Pacific. You should probably take some hankies though

Ideal Home. Surprising little film with Steve Coogan and Paul Rudd as a gay couple. Might not win any Oscars but it's a pleasant little watch. And sometimes that's what you need on a weeknight.

Watch 'it follows'. Another 80's stylised film, mild horror, released about 2 years ago. Vibes

I only recently saw Shutter Island with Leonardo DiCaprio

I really enjoyed it - I wish I could skive work today and stay home and watch films under my duvet
