When sending a message do you find being polite is better than being straight to the point

Anything sexual in the slightest sent to me in a first, just gets deleted.

I also tend to think they must be thick as fuck if they don't understand why

It shouldn't really be one or the other

You can be politely straight to the point (by the way saying fancy a fuck doesn't count)

Can you not be both? Politeness is ingrained in me but I don't see that means I have beat around the bush (hypothetically speaking).

What do you mean straight to the point? What would you say?

..

Getting straight to the point doesn’t mean you have to be impolite.

Somewhere In The Ether…

Absolutely; ‘Manners mak’eth the man.’

To illustrate the difference pellucidly, let us take a moment to study the following sentence as would likely be issued forth by an overtly uncouth and uncultured individual:

‘Hey - I want to fuck you!’

Now, let us re-examine the same sentence only this time, carefully infusing it with some simple yet highly puissant etiquette and clear evidence of fine breeding:

‘Excuse me beautiful lady, might I be as bold as to ask you if you might be kind enough to permit me to fuck you, please?’

See the difference? Remember, manners cost nothing yet will get you everywhere.

......maybe
