You don't have to worry because you're nowhere near middle aged. I don't have to worry because I'm way past it.

Yes because obviously that's going to work! ...maybe next they'll tell young people to give up sex once a week, to avoid unwanted pregnancies!

I only drink at weekends, if at all..

If you are worried that giving up for one day a week is going to be a chore, i reckon you have a drinking problem
