I don't skive or call in sick unless I'm genuinely sick. Not fair on the rest of the team that need to pick up the extra work, and more than likely have to work a longer shift which will fuck up any plans they may have made.

The majority do, if they know I'm working they generally don't fuck about too much. Other departments do though, which in turn screws us over in the end coz sometimes they'll need to move one of us over there to fill in.
