Alcohol : how much do you drink?

Jump to newest

By (user no longer on site) OP

On the news today they were advising 45-65 (I think that was the ages) to have at least two alcohol free days a week.

I’ve had two bottles of beer since Christmas. It doesn’t bother me and I am happy to stick to soft drinks when out. It’s for health reasons too that I just decided I’d sooner not drink nowadays.

Hardly any. Since Christmas I've had half a Somersby cider, a shot of rhubarb vodka in and a bottle of strawberry and lime cider.
