Sadly yes.....otherwise your local council will insist upon you applying for retrospective planning permission (which is invariably denied at any rate) before you will be legally obliged to pull down your erection, um - house extension.

I'm not really into plans.

If it's Fab related then I've found meeting people spontaneously has always worked better for me.

Not randoms I've never spoken to though

In real life I find tgat the best times are always had when tgeyre not planned.
