I used to sleep next to a guy who would sleep walk a lot, he ended up down at the hotel reception one night that we were staying in. He also moved furniture around in his sleep and used to physically shake me and move me around.

He couldn't ever remember a thing about it.

Usually wake to find I've been cooking (I've never made anything edible), or that I've injured myself.

I talk in my sleep occasionally I've been told. All 3 of my kids do as well, I can often hear them jabbering away making no sense at all!

I sleep walk to but havent for a while as far as I know. The funniest time was when I walked into my mother in laws bedroom, I'd only met her a couple of times, sat on the edge of her bed and asked her if she had any kitchen roll

I didn't find it rude at all, I found it very endearing and I'd happily be made jump every night providing it was him doing the coughing!

I can also confirm that selfishness is definitely not his form.

At least once a week I have very lucid dreams. Can be very disorienting as details are quite real and it can take me a while on waking to work out stuff couldn't have happened. For example a heated argument that only happened in my dream but waking up angry with the person I was "fighting" with.

I used to have PTSD dreams way back when, I still have some nightmares that are kind of influenced by them too.

If I'm really stressed and I'm not dealing with it when I'm awake I have dreams that I'm back working in a job which I hate.

I have quite a few sex dreams about random people.

A couple of weeks ago I was talking to a fab friend about something just before I had a nap, and when I was asleep I dreamt about something to do with the conversation that put a fresh prospective on what we discussed.

Sometimes in a dream if I'm falling or lose my sense of balance in a major way so I feel like I'm spinning out of control, the shock will wake me up. Some of my kids sleep walk and talk. Pretty funny sometimes, scary others.

One time, we lived in a house with a subsidence issue and the door frames were a bit wonky.

My oldest daughter was about 12/13 and was screaming bloody murder like someone was attacking her... "Get off, get off, aaaggghhh" so I flew to her room and of course, the bloody door wouldn't open, I'm panicked, nearly shouldered the damn door in.. It opened, she was fast asleep

Norfolk/Suffolk border

Used to talk in my sleep and sleepwalk a lot - put my hand through the bedroom window at my parents house once after a recurring dream/sleepwalk incident and ended up in the road in my PJs a couple of times...

Haven't done either in a good few years now though.

I've sleptwalked on and off for years. More when I was a child. Though I have been known to a few times as an adult. I've woken myself up taking something out of the oven and burning myself. Woken up in the middle of the street naked ( that one was pretty traumatic) and Played football on a main road... I only found out when my neighbours told me the next morning. Thankfully it tends to be more tame now. I'll sometimes change my alarm sound in my sleep. Or find things stored in different places the next morning
