So. Either you will agree with me or think I’m being a drama queen

My (Male) mate messaged me earlier saying ‘a friend of mine has joined fab and has sent me a load of girls pics to ‘see what I thought’, in the middle of it all were you with your fine tits out !

Now, yes, I have pics on the net, intended for the purpose of other registered swingers.

I think it’s a real t**** trick to send them to randomers, he could be my brother for all he knows. I find it TOTALLY disrespectful, I’ve always maintained that discretion is central to swinging.

Thoughts...?!

Par for the course i think. If you put yourself on the internet then you are essentially putting yourself out there for the world. Your privacy goes out the window and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Anyone can join this site. That’s the crux of the matter. And therefore anyone can view your profile.

There and to the left a bit

Totally understand your angst and think it's totally wrong of the guy to have done that - however it's also one of the risks we all take (and accept by posting them) when we post pics on the net - and am not saying that to justify the guy doing it because it WAS wrong of him.

I agree with you about discretion, I'd find sharing offsite with mates like that a bit off but ultimately anyone can sign up and see your public pics so there's not a lot of difference. If they were private pics you'd pm'd the guy then I totally agree with you.

I have to agree with probably101 here, it's a real dick move to do that but that's the risk...I have come across a fake account before using our pictures and that easy to get them blocked on here but we are non the wiser as to weather they have been used elsewhere, that's the risk. X

It's not something I'd do, but once photos are on here we have no control over what happens to them

It's shitty behaviour but it's always going to happen unfortunately.

Totally agree with this. It's completely out of order. A guy I was chatting with sent me pictures of other women, another guy sent me a video of one. So now i don't post or share anything I wouldn't be happy getting out their.

That sort of behaviour is wrong.

Never share pictures without consent. Final.

Are you identifiable from the pics?

Yes it’s an absolute ***** trick to ‘steal’ pics and share them but if you’re going to put them on t’internet there’s always a risk that this will happen!

That’s why I never get why people share public face pics on their public galleries .. be internet aware!

But sorry to hear this happened to you OP!

Yeah just gonna hide my pics and/or profile. Which is a shame but probably the best course of action

Why? Who cares!

My family were told I was on here. I told them the truth, they didn’t like it but it’s not their life, it’s mine.

I know it’s a bit of a cunts trick but it happens to us all eventually.

I hate that!

I had someone who knew of me find me on here. He then added me on Facebook and told me he found me on fab, and he knew it was me because he showed his friend (oh, who is the ex who I have a restraining order on because he used to beat me) and asked who I was!

See that the thing. People post photos of everything on there, and somehow think it’s “secure”

Nothing you do online is “secure”

Anybody can do anything with it.

Just to clarify, i don’t agree with it. I think it’s abhorent, but it’s an issue that happens and you really can’t stop, unless you have zero online presence

As you said it's totally disrespectful..

I had a guy on here send me pics of his fb ( who isnt on here) and another one told me he showed my pics to his mates in the pub

Some people clearly have no respect for anything but i dont think anything can be done about it apart from hiding my pics...

Yeah it’s in poor taste to send pics on but you are pretty much giving permission by putting yourself online for all to see. For all you know your brother, father, mother or monkeys uncle could stumble across them. I’d say if you don’t want to be seen then don’t show yourself online.

Ya it's a shitty thing to do but as others have said it's hardly a surprise when they're on the web.

It's probably happened to a lot of people, they've just never been told.

I think that sort of behaviour shows an extremely immature attitude to sex and women in general. Disrepsectful and downright awful.

It's not appropriate to distribute photos you've acquired of a contact, to others without their permission imo. It is atrocious behavior that I think you should rightly be furious about.

I would expect them to ensure that they are deleted by everyone who was given them and to text you to confirm who they were sent to and which of them has deleted them.

Yep. This exactly. It's why I don't post pics that can be linked to me or give away personal info online. There are far too many shits and freaks in the world.

It's an absolutely low trick to do. People should have the decency to be totally discreet with photos and private information and not show them to others, especially non Fab members.

Unfortunately some people have no morals or respect.

Like I said, someone decided to tell my parents I was on here. Yet it was obviously ok for them to be on here?

I’ve had fake accounts set up with my pics.

I’ve had “I know you!” Messages.

And this is the only online presence I have. God know what would happen if I had the likes of the typical social media along with it.

Despite what anyone says or thinks, the fact of the matter is you have to assume the intentions of the lowest common denominator.

I totally agree with this.

Even those *on* the site fail to show discretion around others photos.

And amazingly pretend they are too!

It is incredibly immature. And downright disgusting behaviour.

Absolutely nothing wrong with WhatsApp. Much better for sending pics than texting and great for group chats... just give your number out wisely. Nothing ropey about it.

Public pics I'd say is no issue, private pics I'd be a bit more upset about.

Not that much different to chatting about Tinder matches, everyone choses their own level of exposure on here.

If people seeing the pics is an issue then the internet isn't the place to put them.

It's a guy thing to want to shown off pics of boobs etc, not necessarily a malicious act.
