Well looking at your pics you look ok to me, but obviously you don’t think so. What caused you to lose confidence, was it a throwaway comment by someone or something that happened. It can make a difference in how you deal with it x

The right place

You look ok to me.

But it’s your opinion that counts. You’re a relatively young guy, you can still do things to help improve your body (diet and exercise) or you can just learn to accept it as it is and stuff what anyone else thinks.

Ohhh scars.

They each tell a tale of survival, and that's pretty fucking awesome.

North Bucks

Mate I’m covered in scars they are talking points.

Used to hate wearing shorts but there comes a time when you will embrace it. Now I wear them most of the year.

Get back on the horse.

I think you have to love yourself to begin with. Your body is part of you and is what it is. Your personality and sociability are other parts of you.

What you'll find is that people will often look beyond the obvious and be attracted by other aspects of you.

From the few pics you have you seem fine to me. And you've had meets too. Just do moderate exercise, eat healthily and enjoy being you ... then everyone else will enjoy you too.

I have a scar on my cheek. I was embarassed of it at first, but it seems like quite a few women actually like it. Now I wish I had more

We all have scars, they’re a sign of survival. Try some bio oil on it and it will fade a lot and be less noticeable. But if someone is put off by it, then it’s their issue and not yours. No ones body is perfect, I’ve lots of scars some more noticeable than others and it’s never been a problem x

Its the internal scars you can't see that cause issues. Embrace the fact whatever happened didn't kill ya!

Looking at your pics I don’t think anyone will be looking at that so I wouldn’t worry too much! Lots of people have scars, stretchmarks etc. Part of life x

Some find scars sexy to be fair. Not sure stretch marks have the same effect though! I wouldn’t worry x

Now i like stretch marks

With me as some one said its in my head

Its barely visible but i know its their so in my head its being stared at

It also dont help when exs kick every ounce of confidence out of you

But on the plus side i had someone checking me out as i walked out of the petrol station today massive ego trip for me as it wasnt the store detective
