Including the Wife

We used to swing as a couple but for reasons I wont bore you with (mainly timewasters) the mrs doesnt want to anymore, any ideas on how I can gently persuade her to give it another go?

Maybe suggest just meeting for drinks.. chat with another couple, nothing else at all... and make sure she is involved all along..

I never get this time waster bit as i fortunately have always got a good idea of someone before meeting so not been in the position of being let down just before a meet. Ok had mitigating circumstances on one morning before the eve but that's it.

we did that with a couple once, then when it came to arrange the night of fun, the women from the other couple didnt want her partner to have sex with my mrs but she wanted to have sex with me, very strange it was, anyway, as you'd expect it all fell through and that was that with couples, met a few single guys for 3somes but also got messed about by them too.

I just dont get that with single guys. If you arrange to do something you do it. Not hard to figure out is it? Or do some people just get cold feet on the day?

As has been said time and time again it is not just restricted to single guys, just about any profile on here has the potential to be a troll so it's working out a reasonably foolproof strategy to avoid them

I think you should take her to a club,no pressure, you can just chat to others and have a couple of drinks,if you click with anyone then great and if you don't you can always have fun with each other

if you have a partner who is against doing the swing thing i think you'd be very foolish to try and force the issue, better to woo her around by taking her to some of the best place's to meet like minded people who wont be there for any other reason than to enjoy the pleasure of what they are there for in the first place
