I can’t stand him!

I used to enjoy The Weight Stuff, even though Matthew Wright was a prize prat.

That being said, i am Instagram friends with a regular panelist

Wright and Vine are equally irritating. Not quite as bad as Vanessa Feltz though.

There is yes, but happily it was filmed and proved she was lying through her teeth and could have ended up with awful consequences for the man she accused.

I thought the apology for it looked sincere...then the excuses came , which I think were just her trying to get out of what she did

I did think it was sincere, but shes an actress who can put on one hell of a show.... and the bit about being advised not to do the interview is utter tosh! She's on Big Brother tonight too with Emma... assume it will be the same thing... still think housemates should have been shown the footage to show just how badly she had lied.

There is bound to be a element of both.

But I would think having a daughter around her age that she is a little mixed up...as she said her family will know her over sensitivity.

Maybe I'm just seeing pararells

I agree.

I also think doing a crap think like that can't be justified by saying you are "over sensitive "

As I said on the other thread about Roxanne, I wonder if any mental health checks are done on these people, before they enter the house, so producers are aware of any flash points that may occur, or should they even be in there, if they are vulnerable..I guess it's good television to some..

I agree but I have to own up that I didn't see the actual incident as I was doing a sudoko But I did hear it and it was the first I had heard about this.

We all have different views on here..and so it should be.

But based on what I heard and seen in her talking about it I felt for the girl.

It also sounds, from her interview, that she hasn't sought any help for her issues, in the past, so hopefully she will now do that

They should have got Matt Allwright to present it then it would have been an easier transition.

Also, we really enjoy looking at his one HUGE ear.

Once you've spotted it you can never stop looking at it.

Sorry.

She is clearly in the wrong, but I still question why CBB don't do some kind of background check on these people.

I wouldn't think its a good place for her to be, if she has issues, that's why I think CBB should do more background checks on these people to protect them as well as everyone else

Somewhat unsympathetically...I don't think her banging on about how sorry she was for soooo long on a current affairs (albeit a 'popular') show was the place to be, but I guess Ch5 need the publicity to boost viewing figures for a show that has run its course.
