Sometimes people ask to go off site email so they can ask for money.

Don't use an email with your real name or connected to Facebook or anything like that.

If you have any messaging apps tell her you prefer to use those. I wouldn't give out my email and preferably not my phone number either

I received a letter version of one of those ‘a long lost relative died and left you loads of money’ scams. I set up an email address just to play along with it

Who talks through email when there are so many other apps that can be used?? 4 msgs & only on a week, definite red flags there
