Anyone going to watch the X Factor with the new judges on it who are Robbie Williams, Ayda Field Louis Tomlinson and Simon Cowell. What are your thoughts on it?

I don't mind the audition stages so I'll have it on tonight. I've no idea who the female judge is and only a vague idea who Louis Tomlinson is although I couldn't pick him out of a crowd (that's age, right there).

Ayda is an actress and wife of Robbie Williams

Very happy to say neither of us can stand it so it doesn’t cause any arguments because it’s never on.

I saw some early ones and it appeared that they were humiliating vulnerable people. In fact one was from Swansea an elderly lady with no singing abilities who they repeatedly contacted to bring her back on subsequent years.

I don't watch talent shows as it's just like reality television, completely fake.

I watched it which I don't normally do. As my daughter's and I went along to the auditions as my disabled daughter is a huge x factor fan. We went to 2 auditions and one of the 6 chair challenge.

My daughter had written the judges a letter thanking them for being the best show and how her mum ( the big meany me) wouldnt let her audition as I said she needed more practice.

We were invited down and she got to meet all the judges and they really made a fuss. And honestly what you see on tv is not the best of it. It is very edited to make certain judges come across in certain ways.

For instance the banter between Simon and Robbie was hilarious at the actual events. Yet was so severely edited it came across very different to how it had actually been.

I've been told we have to watch it tmw. As in tmws audition we know we were sat 3 rows behind Simon lol. Dreading seeing myself but she was happy x

Why have they gone back to doing the auditions in front of an audience again?
