52 & 49 here, and never been in better shape since we met nearly 30 years ago. I think as you get older, you start to appreciate you're not immortal, and that the years are ticking by, so you really need to make the most of every year, and being fit and healthy allows you to do that.

I'm still able to do the necessary with out any chemical assistance.

I was 50 in January and I don’t mind admitting I was dreading it but as time had gone on I accept that age is just a number I am reasonable fit and healthy.Most of the people I have met have been in club , spa and social events I wish I could do better but I accept I am not for everyone and I understand the single guys by far out number to women and couples as well as other factors.At the end of the day Fabs is not the be all end all like I said I wish I could do better but there are others doing worse than me so not all doom and gloom.Life is a journey enjoy it.
