Beautiful East Yorkshire

So I’ve started flavouring my gins, first time trying this flavour tonight with a bit of tonic, omg it’s sooo good!

Any other flavour you think I should try making?

I have a couple more on the go as well.

Raspberry is really good. Spiced plum for winter too. Over the summer I did a citrus gin which went down really well. Gin is forgiving so just try as many combinations are possible!

Elderflower tonic with the rhubarb gin is yum

I don't take gin. But I do like rhubarb and ginger jam. Had some this morning. Mackays or Baxters. Lovely.

Try blackberries or elderberries- both in season and free to forage!

People, people, listen, you're wasting your time and ruining your taste buds, single malt whisky!

Noooo. It hurts when you swallow it. I’m sure whiskey strips the lining of anything it touches.
