right.....after a weekend of being disgustingly lazy (well for the last 2 days at least - i have only been dressed for 3 hours since saturday night) i have decided it's time to get my ass back on track!!

back to SW, back to running, back to cycling to work, back to the gym at lunch times!!

give me a kick up the jacksie!!!!

I’m still lazing around in bed. I’ve been downstairs to make some food and I’ve had a bath. Tbh, apart from going out yesterday, I’ve been like this all of last week. Thankfully work tomorrow will kick me up the arse.
