Is it just me or is the service getting worse from Amazon as it gets even bigger?

The next day delivery (for Prime members) is often not next day and the media content increasingly seems to attract extra cost as well.

Its easy to become an Amazon junkie but have decided to kick the habit and cancel my Prime membership.

It all started going noticeably downhill when some bloke who could speak or read no English turned up with your delivery in a battered old unmarked, unroadworthy white van.

Anyone else notice the drop in standard with Amazon and any bad experiences with them?

White People that speak English drive better vans and look after your packages is one of the brexit promises .Just have patience . it's coming

Nope, still as good as ever here. Next day delivery has even been the same day, on occasion.

I ordered some headphones the other day and they sent the wrong model. I contacted them and they sent out the correct model and told me not to bother sending the others back, so I can't really complain.

The next day delivery is next day after dispatch not the day you ordered-it's in the fine print.

I think the standard of delivery depends on your area, have no issue with Amazon deliveries but actively avoid companies who use Yodel as the service from them here is terrible.
