I don't see a need for it, even petrol stations operate pay at pump so they don't need staff on either.

Wouldn't be a bad thing to go back to those times x

Hope your ousting on official breaks BTW. I haye shopping and seeing staff employed to serve me playing with their phones. Even worse, chatting about their private lives with their colleague Brenda when I'm waiting to pay. I sometimes ignore them until they turn to talk to me.
