Given that no one has admitted to being a qualified medical professional I'd perhaps take our advice with a pinch of salt and perhaps pop off to the pharmacist tomorrow. Good luck. Sounds painful (and if I'm honest kind of funny too)

I did suck on ice all night when it happened. The pains all gone now but the tip of my tongue is still numb.

I love the feeling of a clit on my tongue and fear I may never enjoy that sensation again

Use a plunger like a calpol syringe and the vacuum should do it
