Missed it but it’s a lovely (scenically) part of the world, my personal experience is that the welcome is sometimes “mixed” from locals if you’re not Welsh, some fantastic friendly people but also a minority not quite so to the English ..

But it is spectacular visually, up there with the Scottish Glens and the Lake District!
