I'm currently bed ridden and house bound after being struck down with chicken pox. Whilst lying in bed the other day I decided that I was going to fulfil a life's ambition and give stand up comedy a whirl. I have spend the last 3 days jotting down ideas and have booked a open mike slot in mid January at a club in manchester. I don't have any ambition to become big, but as I work away a lot I thought it could become a hobby and break the boredom of hotel living. Has anyone else got any unfulfilled ambitions that they would love to fulfil

Its a small ambition but I have always wanted to learn British Sign Language.

Looking into courses at the local college will hopefully start in January.

Same here and have done a 10 week course but as the college one costs about £300, will have to put it on the back burner until debts are paid
