i use a jet wash...

but seriously.. a douche.. google it and it'll show you a photo.. basically it shoots water up your arse.. that very quickly comes back out again so be near the toilet.. it's a strange sensation it's like pissing out your arse... you basically do this about three times... and hopefully there wont be any unwelcome suprises when the action starts..as it's a nightmare trying to get shit stains off a travelodge duvet

if one eats good wholesome foods , avoiding processed muck, then you wont have problems, douching etc is not good for anal sex

Yes, they all clean thereselves indoors, especially come the Winter when there’s a frost. Hope this helps X

I use a mix of liquid soap and warm water.

I used to use these douche things.

Until I saw a box of syringes on Amazon - 10 for £10 or so.

No needles, just syringes. 100ml capacity.

I fill that with the mix.

Repeat.

And repeat.

Until I know I am fresh as a daisy.

Then I wiggle those hips and say well, hello!

I do like it to be clean.

Anything else just turns me right off.

Water. Is what most use. Fill your bum with few litres of water few times and then let it out. Do until clean. Always works.

Always douche before a meet. Nothing worse than something unwelcome showing it's face and a diet of fresh healthy light foods .Always feel confident when clean .
