Anyone who uses sites such as Rapidshare, Filesonic, Fileserve etc to download media from.

When you sign up to these sites for however long your duration and you opt to pay via paypal. Be aware that they do in fact put you onto a recurring tariff and not a one off payment.

I took out a 3 month account yesterday with Fileserve and received the notiifcation of the recurring payment from Paypal. I went to my account to cancel it and noticed that Filesonic had been taking £8 a month from me since May on a recurring charge, an account that I had only taken out for a 3 day period!

The companies themselves will not tell you its a recurring charge, so if you miss the reminder from Paypal you could be well out of pocket.
