As it is that time of year I am thinking what my news years resolutions will be.

Again being more assertive in the swinging scene.

Going to football....

Get fit.

Lose a little bit of weight.

1. Tidy the house, so that I can find room to (a) practice dance steps and (b) install a cycle trainer for my bike.

2. Improve my stamina etc. on the bike so that I can do some meaningful distances rather than just a couple of miles.

1)Use the word, "no" more often

2)Take the stairs more often instead of the lift(heh, wonder how long that one will last :P)

To do Zumba at least 4 times a week... It's a fantastic and fun way of getting in shape

I've had the same new year's resolution for 30 years and I've managed to keep it every single year, so I'll make the same one this year:

My new year's resolution is not to make any new year's resolutions.

To get back into my blues harmonica playing, and maybe join a band for a couple of songs

That really would make me feel good

and perhaps to get back into the scene here.

It's been a difficult year for us, family stuff really, so just hoping for a better year ahead.

If our son gets his degree with honours, that would be brilliant too

My 2012 resolution is not to make a resolution because they always fall by the wayside.
