My first relationship wasn't good i gained nothing from it, that's probably led to my insecurities

I get that, but I’ve learned more about sexual experience and exploration through not having relationships. It’s easier to explore with people you don’t know that well cos you don’t have to look them in the eye every day haha

Now I’ve found a woman that we can do almost anything and it’s even more fun. But that only came about because of exploration before and now together and sometimes apart.

Don’t think lack of experience holds you back from gaining experience, you can easily get it by just saying “fuck it” and going for it anyway. If you like it, do it

Only two, but i would have thought that more sexual experience would come with having plenty of casual flings rather than with fewer more serious relationships.

I get that. I've only had one serious relationship and that was with a woman so I've had a lot more sex with women than men. I can still be a little shy with a man's body, but if a man is patient and allows me to relax it helps a lot.

I am not sure a relationship necessarily means more experience and/or confidence.

The benefits of swinging and fan is you can try all manner of things.

On the forums you can explore in a safe way. A social is a good way to get a confidence boost in a friendly and relaxed setting.

When you are ready for something more a club visit will let you get hands on without the pressure of a individual meet.

Really, it all depends on what you are looking for - a relationship or just a bit more spice in your life.
