Lot's of local Councils do them, but there is criteria (eg trading for 6 months, etc.).

Try and find your local enterprise agency. Google helps.

Depends what you want the grant for?

Also Local Council

The CRM departments of most banks

British Business Bank

Innovate...Google it

Look at crowd funding

Big lottery fund...

There are lots of others that are sector specific ...

Google is your friend

Sorry to break it to you, but you're unlikely to find anything that would materially effect your plans. There's even a service who will sell you access to a database of all the current available funding, for a fee. You'd be lucky to see a return on the cost of access. As someone who did buy access and saw all the options, there are things available but they are tiny, come with huge strings attached and therefore wouldn't be sensible to base any of your plans around.

The only decent thing I found was SEIS, if you've paid some income tax recently then that scheme is well worth it.
