Manchester.

I heard on R4 this morning that Manchester has the dubious honor of being the first city in the world where the company tgat runs the bike sharing scheme has pulled out due to the levels of theft and vandalism. Bikes have been abandoned in the Arndale centre,chained to lampposts and dumped in the Manchester ship canal. My question is....does this surprise anyone? Manchester!!!

Incidentally,Liverpool had a very good bike share scheme and an unwarranted reputation for theft of hub caps. Lol.
