His interests didn't match mine ,i didn't find him physically attractive either so replied politely / "Thankyou for your message but your not for me ."

Since ,iv had untold messages asking "WHY"?

Should i have to explain to him ,i dont think i should .

Any thoughts has this happened to you ?

It never used to happen but it's getting ridiculous. I used to reply to almost all messages. But the abuse I've had back well now I just delete whatever. After someone messaged me numerous times I went back with no thank you and got fuck you then as a reply. If I don't thank someone for complementing me then apparently I'm a stuck up bitch. You can't win.

I gave up a long time ago replying to messages, from people who's interests didn't match mine, I didn't find attractive or who's profile contained something that put me off.

I simply ignore & delete.

If they message again, I block.

I have very little free time, and I'm not wasting what I do have chatting to people who I have absolutely zero interest in.

This happens all the time. I try to answer all of my messages though sometimes it's absolutely impossible because of the quantity, but then some men just can't accept it and come back with the 'why'. I reply with "because it's my decision". If they keep asking me then I just delete.

I have had this happen to me and always reply. Its similar to going for an interview, not getting the job and asking for feedback. I actually admire men who ask why as they maybe want advice on future messages they send women or profile advice. I always give them an honest answer and they usually thank me. Its nice to be nice.

Gosh, I think you're being very generous (that's not a criticism, just an observation). I did reply a few times and tried to explain 'why' when I first started here but was put off doing so when either I got hurt feelings abuse by return, or when guys would desperately try to change my mind with several subsequent messages that I didn't have the time for. It's really hard to remain nice when that happens, and of course a tactful honest answer to the 'why' which doesn't offend isn't always easy either.

We used to try and reply to most, then had one very persistent guy who was more of a man child, would not stop bleating wbout need ing to know why after about the 10th message I told him then he reported us for being nasty to him and we were advised not to post for a period of time.

SO I would strongly advise against explaining why, no we instantly block and don't reply to anybody who isn't of interest that messages. Saves us hassle and inconvenience.

We literally reply to every message we get and send a very nice 'no thanks' message to anyone who doesn't tickle our fancy. Not everyone does that.

So it annoys me when they want to know why, isn't it obvious? We don't want to share sexual activities with you.. no other answer needed.

However, one day, I had received rather a few of these questions and got fed up. So, I was very honest with the last guy and told him I didn't like his dick. I felt really harsh after but then he replied and asked me what it was that I didn't like about it!?

I deleted the message at that point and gave up.

Some men are thick skinned. ..surely by asking why not it's going to open up the flood gates as to what your not attracted to.
