Yes i would but only if it was an affordable option. I would keep busy by doing voluntary work to help others.

That’s what I have and will want to continue by flying kids with illness to different places to seek cure.

probably not as im always doing something or other at best of times.

ive also met a few people that have retired on the various jobs ive done.

many have wanted a chat and when you do talk to them, they miss loads of stuff like the banter and laughs you had.

its also the same with the ladies everyone enjoys some sort of company.

Hey its all about things you like doing besides sex if you have hobbies pastimes you enjoy why work if you don't have to, work is about paying bills whatever bills they are, some love their work my father worked until 82 he started when he was 13 many of us don't live the 69 years he worked

We know people who have retired only to fall ill and pass away.

Convinced it was from loneliness in a lot of cases.

Both of us retired about four years ago. People often ask us what we do all day as of work is the be all and end all and talk about filling our days as if retirement means lonliness and boredom.

If you genuinely have no hobbies, have never wished you had enough time to do things other than work, eat, sleep, repeat and can't imagine a life without work, don't retire.

I don't think so, I too think I would get bored very easily.

However if I was loaded then it might be a different answer.

Do it

I did and once you get passed the initial pain of starting up you will never look back.

Just don’t take on a business partner as it rarely ever works.

If I had a decent pension I would.

I can think of so many better things I could be doing.

I'd ideally like to work a couple of days a week doing something I love.

Travel more, reconnect with family and friends and just have more time!
