Manchester

Two cases of a rare sexually transmitted disease have been diagnosed in Greater Manchester.

The STI, more commonly found in tropical countries, has been contracted by two people in Bolton, according to a Freedom of Information request (FOI).

Genital ulcers grow and spread on those who are infected with the disease.

The FOI request submitted by online pharmacy chemist-4-u.com has reportedly found that Donovanosis has been diagnosed in two cases in Bolton..

I've read several articles that all say it was one woman in Southport.

You can't call a flesh-eating disease that rots your bits off "Donovanosis" - it sounds like a mistake...

Slough Windsor ish

How scary... Not even exclusively sexually transmitted, just touching the infected areas can spread it. I'm guessing early cases are being misdiagnosed as Herpes? Not liking the idea of foul smelling blisters, going on to the infected area rotting away

I read that the anal blisters can look “beefy” what the heck does a “beefy” blister look like?!
