Wolverhampton

We love a good music festival, not the big Glastonbury type where i'd get lost in a sea of teeny tents, but the local ones. Particularly love the festivals (some free) that are held out at Upton on Severn.

Any other 'older' festival lovers on here? Happily accept referrals for other festivals in or around the Midlands preferably..

It’s a good time of year isn’t it for festivals - they’re all over the place!

There’s one near here which has tribute acts that I wouldn’t mind going to but this year it clashed with another event I was at so couldn’t, maybe next time!

There was one local to Wolverhampton in Cannock called 'A5 Live' a couple of weeks ago. On every year so check it out around same time next year if you enjoy smaller local festivals.

Luton

Been some cracking folk festivals this year but I’ve not had the time to go. Listened to them though

I did Folk East in Suffolk ... well worth the entry fee.
