they can if they've got more than one profile

No. If you’re on cam and they’re watching you and then you block them, you’ll need to refresh the page. They also can’t see what you’re saying

If memory serves me correctly, if you block them whilst they're viewing you, they can continue to see you but obviously not any text you type.

Either you or the other person needs to close chat and reinitiate in order for the block to take full effect.

No you cant click on cam if blocked your profile goes faint with a line through it
