Same. If its just oral then it won't happen, but if it's oral after penetration then yes.

I was born disabled.

The shin bone on my right leg was so twisted my toes faced my left heel.

The doctor said I'd never walk properly, the midwife to my late mum to massage the leg "around" in the right direction every day.

Today no one would ever know....

My parents were told when I was a baby that I would never walk for similar reasons.

Now the wife can barely keep up with me long enough to keep me out of trouble .
