Clotted cream Cornish vanilla soft scoop at the very least.

Marshfield Dairy over Whippy every time. 1 scoop Blackcurrants in clotted cream and 1 scoop Honeycomb.

Good quality gelato for me although last weekend I did sample an interesting whippy. I went on a day trip to whitby and tried the whitby jet ice cream. It's black and served in a black cone. Tasted just like normal vanilla whippy but looks a bit strange.

There and to the left a bit

If it's proper gelato done well (especially from my favourite place in the world in Paphos) then that every time - but whippy (without a flake) will always hold a special place

Mind you was shocked when the ice cream van came down our street last week and three whippys was £7.50!!
