Im the complete opposite

Like nights and had to do days for a few months

Back to shifts next month.

No, you sleep during the day. But if you do find yourself free for a few hours, most people are at work during normal working hours.

Good and bad aspects to night shifts but I worked them for many years. I hoped that when I stopped I would sleep like a normal person but no such luck...
